  6. We now have one week to process your request. Please do not contact us again to expedite and just wait for an email reply.
  7. We will notify you in the email on how the claim will be resolved.

The dental hygiene category is subject to strict hygiene regulations. Therefore, if you have removed the product from its sealed packaging, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

The 14-day period is calculated from the date of receipt of the shipment by you.

Although the process of returning Goods is very simple and intuitive, please read all the points:

  1. Enter your order number.
  2. Continue with the button „I want to return the goods within 14 days
  3. Then follow the instructions. At the end of the form you will see a notification of receipt of the request, including the date. At this point, the notification is submitted and we know that you are requesting to withdraw from the purchase contract on this date.
  4. Next, you will be asked to send the goods to our address:

    Please send the goods within 14 days.

  5. We have 14 days from receipt of the goods to refund your money. However, we will usually refund your payment within a few days of receipt of the parcel.

    Please do not contact us again to expedite and just wait for an email reply.

If you discover the damage within 48 hours of receipt, contact the shipping company immediately.

In other cases, proceed as follows:

  1. Enter your order number.
  2. Continue with the „Item arrived damaged” button
  3. Next, follow the instructions…
  4. If the defect is visible, attach a photograph that clearly shows the defect.
  5. At the end of the form, you will see a notification that the request has been accepted. This is to officially notify us of your request to withdraw from the purchase contract with the date of sending this request. At this point, everything is settled on your part.
  6. We now have one week to process the request. Please do not contact us again to expedite and just wait for an email reply.
  7. We will notify you of the next steps in an email.

If you have placed an order that has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge.

  1. Enter your order number.
  2. If the order has not yet been processed, the option „I want to cancel the order” will appear
  3. Next, follow the instructions…
  4. If you have ordered goods on delivery or you have chosen the payment method by bank transfer, but you have not sent the payment, just click on „Cancel order„. This will cancel the order and all work is over for you.

    If you paid for the goods by card or bank transfer and you have already sent the payment, click on the „Refund” button and select the way you paid for the order.

  5. We have 14 days by law to refund your payment. However, the process usually takes a few days and we will inform you by email with a credit note attached.
