Yes, all amounts displayed for products in the online shop include VAT.

The tax document is an invoice sent in electronic form, which you will receive immediately after the shipment of the goods to the e-mail that was entered in your order.

The warranty is, of course, provided. In the case of the end customer, we provide a two-year warranty, and for companies and entrepreneurs we have a 12-month period for any claims.

Yes you can, but if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately you cannot cancel it.

Sorry, but there is no way to stop your order as our system is automated.

The reason we cannot cancel your order is because it has been processed and already shipped by our shipping department.

You will have to wait for your item to arrive, and then you can send it back to us to get a full refund if you wish. If you would like to do this, please email us as soon as your item arrives so we can forward your return information to you.

However, all shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be responsible for shipping.

Invalid reasons:
